The APISD Education Foundation ("The Foundation") is a charitable organization under the IRS section 501(c)(3) guidelines. The Foundation's focus is to enhance community support and expand resources that enrich teaching, inspire learning and maximize opportunities for all students in the Aransas Pass Independent School District.
Your donation to The Foundation may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by applicable IRS regulations. However, your specific tax situation may impact the tax deductibility of your donation. Please consult your own tax advisor if you have any questions about the tax implications of your donation.
Requests for grants of funds by educators in the APISD must be made in writing via the Grant Application process. Grants are reviewed by the Review Committee of the Board and are approved or denied based on the Review Committee's sole discretion.
Your donation is held in a segregated bank account belonging to the APISD Education Foundation. No donations are shared or co-owned in any way with the Aransas Pass Independent School District. The Foundation Board administers all aspects of The Foundation activities independently of the APISD Board or its employees. Employees of APISD may be members of the APISD Education Foundation Board.
